SHIPSTON ANGLING CLUB'S most recent match, this Sunday (December 1) saw a host of strong catches.
The winner on the day was Kenny Watts, who came in with a 21 lb 7 oz carp from a corner peg.
Watts was followed by John Walkden, whose chub weighed in a 11 lb 8 oz, with Gary Didcock taking third with a carp of 7 lb 7 oz.
The match - originally intended to take place in Shipston-on-Stour, instead took place in the Aston Manga pools due to weather concerns, alongside the state of the river.
Next weekend's match (December 8) will see Shipston Angling hoping to return to Shipston-on-Stour.
