James Vlaeminck's rapid century saw Bourton Vale cruise to their first victory of the season against Rockhampton in the West of England Premier League Gloucestershire Division.
Four wickets for Ryan Hill saw Rockhampton reduced to just 169 runs in their 50 overs before Vlaeminck, the club's Australian overseas signing, wasted no time in reaching his ton from just 65 balls. His knock included no less than 15 fours and four sixes.
The hosts lost just two wickets and needed only 24 overs to reach the required runs, to see them move up the table into seventh.
Into the Cotswold Hills League and Aldestrop kept pace with the league leaders in Division Two with an eight wicket win of their own at home to Bidford-on-Avon.
The hosts won the toss and put Bidford into bat, before Sam Keen recorded a five wicket haul at the expense of just 22 runs as the visitors were skittled for 158 in just 44 overs.
Keen then opened with the bat and had to settle for 99 not out as Aldestrop successfully chased down the total inside 38 overs, losing just two wickets.
In the Norfolk Cricket League, Downham Stow continued their good form in Division Four with a six wicket win over Thornham.
Having put hosts Thornham into bat, a half century from from Bradley Williams helped them post 191/6 from 45 overs.
But a third wicket stand of 172 between Toby Greenhill (68) and Lee Pepper (85) got Downham over the line to win.
