Bishops Cleeve rounded up their Hellenic League Premier Division title winning season with a 5-3 victory over Brimscombe and Thrupp back at Kayte Lane late weekend.
Top goal scorer Jack Watts got on the score sheet once again for Cleeve while Harlie Price bagged a brace for Brimscombe.
Cleeve celebrated their title win following the game, inviting former players and supporters alike to a hog roast at the ground as they lifted their shield, followed by a big night out to celebrate their achievement.
They followed the joys of the weekend with a 3-1 win over Cheltenham Saracens in the Supplementary Cup on Tuesday evening.
Second half goals from Watts and Harrison Reeves were enough for Cleeve following an early opener from Dave Waters.
Saracens will be pleased with the performance in the game, playing the team who won the league above their current division.
Bourton Rovers poor form continued in the Supplementary Cup on Saturday, losing 4-1 to Hellenic League Premier side Chipping Sodbury Town.
Lewis Bezer, Adrian Harvey, and Ellis McSharry all got on the score sheet for Chipping Sodbury while a goal from Keegan Bowes proved to be nothing but a consolation for Bourton.
Moreton Rangers were not involved at the weekend and are next in action this Saturday in the Supplementary Cup at home to Newent Town.
