EIGHTEEN Bourton Roadrunners junior members raced in Gloucestershire AAA’s Track and Field Championships at the Prince of Wales Stadium in Cheltenham.
They all ran their quickest times so far this year, as the under 11s tackled 600 metres and the older age groups did 1,500m.
Isobel Dennett was eighth in the girls’ under 11s section in two minutes 20 seconds, for an 18-second personal best.
Joseph Davidson finished fourth for the boys with a PB of 1.59, Beau Griffin clocked 2.0, Will Tallis 2.10, Toby Sellek 2.11, George Farley 2.18, Sean Farley 2.23 and seven-year-old Edward Jones 2.30.
Isobel Kiey-Thomas finished second under 13s girl in a PB of 5.30, while Lauren Farley was fourth.
Kan Ikeda was fifth boy in 5.24, with Louis Mutsaars sixth in 5.29 and Connor McGuinness-Dean eighth in 6.12.
For the under 15s girls, Koumi Ikeda came fifth in 5.24, Gabby Jones eighth in 5.40, Charlotte Foster 5.42, and Emily Field was 13th in 5.45.
Rosie Mutsaars was fourth in the u17s in 5.24.
