MANOR Farm Leisure’s annual five-day festival attracted 66 anglers from the United Kingdom and France.
The weather throughout the week was difficult with high winds, torrential rain and changing air pressure.
In a close contest, David Howard went into the last day with four section wins.
He drew peg 22 on the Ash pool but the wind took the fish away from him.
Howard took six points on the day and joint second overall with John Battersby, who had three section successes.
The festival winner was Terry Winstone with three section victories, a second place and a fourth.
He fished pole, pellet waggler and pellet feeder to overcome a strong field.
