WORCESTERSHIRE player James Hurrell won his first British Darts Organisation tournament in Finland.
The Moreton-in-Marsh ace claimed the Finnish Classic and €1,000, defeating Sweden’s Daniel Larsson 6-3 in the final.
His first title lifted him to 20th in the BDO world rankings.
Hurrell defeated number one seed Jeffrey de Graaf 5-2 in the semis in Helsinki.
He previously lost in the last 16 of the Denmark Open to fellow England international Jamie Hughes.
