Two show homes have been opened for public viewing in Moreton-in-Marsh.
The five-bedroom detached Hamilton and the three-bedroom detached Bertram house types have been opened by Midland-based homebuilder Spitfire Homes at its Ellenbrook development.
The Hamilton features an open-plan kitchen, dining and family area and a separate living room and study.
Both the living room and family area provide views across the garden through glazed French doors.
Upstairs, primary and secondary bedrooms benefit from en suites, with the primary bedroom also featuring fitted wardrobes.
The Bertram is a traditional double-fronted home with a flexible layout and two reception rooms on the ground floor, one of which could be used as a dining room, snug or playroom.
There are three bedrooms upstairs, with an extra room providing the potential for office space.
Matt Vincent, operations director at Spitfire Homes, said: "The new show homes allow customers to experience the properties on display at Ellenbrook up close and personal.
"All homes also come complete with energy efficient air source heat pumps, underfloor heating and electric vehicle charging points as standard.
"We would encourage prospective buyers to book an appointment to see what these stunning show homes have to offer.
"Plus, with homes ready to move into from September, there is no time like the present to view.”
In delivering the new homes, Spitfire Homes is contributing more than £5.5 million to the area.
The investment is designed to support the community in and around Moreton-in-Marsh, including contributions towards NHS services, education, road safety and biodiversity.
Lucy Jordan, partner at Hills & Vale, the instructed selling agent at Ellenbrook, said: "We are seeing buyers that want to own the architectural style of a traditional timeless Cotswold home, without the ongoing maintenance.
"Spitfire Homes places local architectural details at the heart of each property, with the added comfort of low maintenance living and a 10-year structural warranty.”
Ellenbrook marks a return to the Cotswolds for Spitfire, with this selection of homes forming the latest in a line of collections it has brought to the region.
This includes schemes in Broadway, Chipping Campden, Milton-under-Wychwood, Fairford, and Stow-on-the-Wold.
