Staff at a care home in Chipping Norton recently treated the female residents to free facials and beauty treatments.
The team at Southerndown Care Home created a selection of homemade natural beauty products using ingredients like oats, honey, avocado, and egg whites to pamper the women residents with soft facials and hand massages.
Arlene Acuavera, general manager at Southerndown Care Home, said: “It’s always a lovely treat to be pampered, and our residents deserve it.
“We do our best to provide a wide range of activities and entertainment at Southerndown as part of the lifestyle enrichment programme for residents, and this one was our most fashionable fun.
“Living in a care home doesn’t put a stop to celebrating life, and our engaging activities are designed to be enjoyed by all who want to join in.”
Southerndown Care Home is run by Barchester Healthcare.
It offers a range of services including nursing care, residential care, and respite care.
