Care home staff and residents have been getting their trainers on as part of a 'get moving' campaign.
Staff and residents at Southerndown Care Home, in Chipping Norton, have been participating in the latest week of the get Barchester moving campaign.
They've been speeding around the beautiful surroundings in teams, competing to be the champions of the care home.

The day finished with a winner’s buffet of fresh sandwiches, cakes, and festive drinks.
General manager Arlene Acuavera said: "We always encourage our residents to keep active.
"With summer on the way we had a great opportunity to move our activities outside to make the most of the weather.
"Our residents and their guests really enjoyed today and it was lovely to see so many of them getting involved.
"It reminded all of us of when we were kids at school."
A resident at the home said: "As a child I used to always run around the fields with my friends, and this brought back so many memories.
"It was great to everyone marching on with the chequered flags and I’m pleased to have been leading from the front in getting everyone around."
