60 affordable homes are set to be built on Marston Airfield after the UK's leading mixed-tenure affordable housing developer received the green light.
Vistry Group, in partnership with GreenSquareAccord, is set to transform the last part of the former RAF Long Marston airfield in Lower Quinton into a contemporary development of Airfield House.
The estate is set to blend the Cotswold countryside with contemporary housing.

The development is just a 10-minute drive from Stratford-upon-Avon whilst still in close reach of Warwick, Evesham, Worcester, and Birmingham.
The new homes are designed to meet a wide range of housing requirements with 21 homes provided for affordable rent, 13 homes for social rent, and the remaining 26 homes available under a shared ownership scheme.
In addition to the affordable housing, Vistry is investing over £600,000 to support an array of community services, including money for education, healthcare, highways and policing.
