There are 34 flood alerts issued across Oxfordshire today and nine flood warnings on rivers in the area.
A warning is in place for properties closest to the River Cherwell from Lower Heyford down to Cherwell Bridge, especially in the Enslow area.
Areas most at risk are properties in Mill End and Watermead Road in Kidlington, and properties closest to the river in Enslow.

The warning on the River Cherwell also stretches from below Banbury to just above Upper Heyford including Kings Sutton.
Areas most at risk are properties in Wales Street Kings Sutton.
There is a warning in place for the River Ray at Islip with flooding of low lying land, roads and property especially in areas closest to the river in Mill Street.
Residents are being told to move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety and to activate any property flood protection products such as flood barriers.
Levels are forecast to continue gradually rising today (January 3).
Also along the River Ray, a warning is in place for the Murcott area including Pigeonhouse Lane and Ferncott Road, and in the Ambrosden area including Marsh Road and Ambrosden Close.
More than 300 flood warnings were also in place across England and Wales on Wednesday morning, while 10,000 homes remained without power.
