Primary school pupils have been asked to get creative after the Police and Crime Commissioner launched a road safety poster competition.
PCC John Campion has urged children to illustrate the safe ways they travel to school, with winning posters to be shared online and with police teams.
Some schools will also win a mini-police officer mascot for their posters, which will be placed outside schools to remind drivers of road safety.
PCC Campion said: "These posters will be a useful and creative reminder to us all on the importance of being considerate to protect our most vulnerable members of society."
