Black smoke was pouring across Northwick Business Centre in Paxford near Chipping Camden on Thursday (August 17) just before 7.30am.
The centre in Blockley is home to 70 businesses and one business unit caught on fire.
Richard White, managing agent for the site said: "We had a successful reaction process to the fire.

"I realised there was a fire just before 7.30am and I was emailing all of the tenants."
A neighbour called the emergency services and Gloucestershire Fire and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Services were both at the scene.
"A very impressive professional response from emergency services," said Mr White.
Nobody was injured and an investigation is being carried out by Gloucestershire Fire.
The cause of the fire remains unknown.
The park has previously been used as a prisoner war camp during the Second World War and then became housing for Polish refugees.
