A Moreton man is to stand trial accused of speeding in Broadway.
Michal Klimowicz pleaded not guilty to an alleged speeding offence and as such faces a trial.
The 43-year-old was said to have driven a BMW along the A44 Broadway Bypass on August 27 last year, breaking the road’s 60mph speed limit.
Klimowicz, of Viscount Close in Moreton, was also charged with failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver when required by West Mercia Police.
He pleaded not guilty to both charges at Worcester Magistrates Court on Friday, January 24.
A trial date has now been set for May 17, also at Worcester Magistrates.
