Delays are expected on roads near Moreton-in-Marsh next week due to police escorting an abnormal load
DELAYS are expected around Moreton-In-Marsh next week due to police escorting an abnormal load.
The police will be escorting modular housing units, which are five metres wide, on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (March 20, 22, 23 and 24).
These loads will enter Gloucestershire on the A429 from Warwickshire, turning left on to the A44 and then right in to their final destination of Stockwells, Moreton-In-Marsh.
Movements are expected to commence mid-morning each day and be concluded by late afternoon.
Gloucestershire Police have advised motorists to avoid this route during the relevant times and to plan their journey times accordingly.
