A pensioner was killed in a two-car collision in the Cotswolds.
A 69-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash between a Honda Jazz and Skoda Fabia on the A40 near Little Barrington, three miles west of Burford.
Three other people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries, Gloucestershire Constabulary said.
They all remain in a serious condition.
Police said that the emergency services were called to the collision on the A40 near Little Barrington in the Cotswolds at around 11.50am on Saturday, February 18.
The A40 has now reopened.
Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to contact Gloucestershire Constabulary, citing log number 205 of February 18.
