Police are searching for the witness to a hit-and-run outside a Cotswold supermarket.
Warwickshire Police are looking to identify a woman who stopped to help another woman after she was hit by a car outside Tesco Express on Telegraph Street in Shipston.
The incident occurred at around 9.30am on January 26, with the woman involved left with minor cuts and bruises.
The driver of the vehicle involved left the scene without stopping.
The witness, who was driving a black Volkswagen Tiguan, got out of her car to comfort the victim but left without leaving any contact details.
Now, officers are trying to contact her to see if she can help with their investigation.
Anyone who can help identify the witness or who has any other information that could help police identify the driver of the vehicle involved in the collision is urged to contact trafficcpo@warwickshire.police.uk, quoting collision reference 1269787.
Alternatively, information can be passed on anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
