The site includes nature trails passing ancient woodlands and adventures through the two-mile long Marlborough Maze to a miniature train ride plus 2,000 acres of ‘Capability’ Brown landscaped parkland to explore.
Keen-eyed youngsters will also be able to take on the new Mouse Trail in 2023, following the map through the Palace and Gardens looking for clues along the way.
Inside the palace is a host of child-friendly activities, including the Churchill exhibition dedicated to Blenheim’s most famous son, Sir Winston Churchill.
Plus, children can learn about the role horses have had at Blenheim throughout the centuries – from thoroughbred racehorses to working ponies – in the Stables interactive exhibition based in the Palace’s historic stable yard.
There is a pizza in the Walled Garden or a cosy bite to eat in The Stables Café using local produce from across Oxfordshire.
Annual Pass holders can also enjoy a calendar of free events throughout the year from the ‘Easter Eggstravaganza’ to spectacular medieval jousting tournaments.
