A woman has been seriously hurt following a crash in the Cotswolds.
Police were called to High Street in Northleach at 3.45pm today following a collision between a pedestrian and van near to the junction for Farmington Road.
The pedestrian, a woman in her 80s, has been taken to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford for treatment to serious injuries.
Her next of kin has been informed.
The driver of the van is not believed to have sustained any injuries.
Road closures have been put into place on High Street and Farmington Road while emergency services remain at the scene with motorists asked to avoid the area.
Investigating officers are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage to get in contact.
