A CHARITY circular walk is being organised by the Rotary Club of Shipston through the North Cotswold countryside.
The seven-mile walk will take in footparths and bridleways from Foxcote Hill near Ilmington. Signs from the A429 Fosseway near Shipston will direct walkers to the start.
The walk, which is expected to take around two and a half hours to complete, is expected to attract entrants from across the region.
Walkers will be free to start at any time between 10am and 2pm , with the Rotary Club providing first aid facilities and route marshals. Toilet facilities and refreshments will be available at the half way point.
Anyone taking part is asked to pay a minimum donation of £5 for adults and £2 for schoolchildren, to go to the Rotary charity account, although there is also the opportunity to raise funds for other organisations or charities.
