FOUR of Shipston Tennis Club's young stars won last Saturday's final of the LTA Warwickshire Ariel Mini Tennis Red Leagues played at Esporta in Coventry.
During the spring term, the youngsters won their box league and then their semi-final before meeting Alcester in the final.
This resulted in a draw with both teams winning five of their matches but Shipston, who won two more points than their opponents, were declared the champions of the 14 teams taking part.
Hana Adler and Lily Crowther also helped to steer Shipston to the final stages.
Both Charlotte Peckover and Abi Holloway have had individual successes in recent tournaments throughout the Midlands with Charlotte winning five and Abi one.
Mini tennis red is played by children eight years of age and younger on a specially reduced court.
