A TRAILER and four tonnes of hay parked in a lay-by off the A44 near Bourton-on-the-Hill were slightly damaged by fire at around 5am on Tuesday.
Firefighters from Moreton and Stow tackled the fire after a passing motorist reported that the hay was smouldering. Police are treating it as suspected arson.
HOODED youths were reported throwing rubbish sacks around and running over cars in Chipping Campden High Street just before midnight on Monday.
By the time police arrived the youths ran off down Station Road in the direction of Castle Nurseries leaving a trail of broken glass on the road.
A MOTORIST from Fairford escaped unhurt when his blue Honda Accord hit a tree and rolled down a bank at Farmington on the A429 Fosseway at 10.20am on Sunday.
A DISC-CUTTER was stolen from a van being used by road workers on the A424 at Stow some time between 9am and 2pm last Friday.
