Jones and Cox had tremendous swims and knocked 3.5 seconds off their personal best, Taylor knocked 2.5 seconds off his and Caswell secured the sixth fastest time overall.

The run took place a few hours later and Jones had another fantastic event this time knocking 20 seconds off her personal best.
