FOUR goals from Lukas Pavlik blasted Quinton to the top of the Aquaid Division One table.

Pavlik's four-goal haul spearheaded his side to a 5-0 romp against cellar dwellers Badsey United with Tom Sidwell netting the home side's fifth goal.

The winners have moved a point clear of inactive Bidford BC who have played two fewer matches, while the two teams immediately beneath the top pair, Kenilworth and Inkberrow, played out a 1-1 draw.

The top flight's other match ended in a 2-1 victory for Halfords at home to FISSC with Karl Surman and Robert Voice hitting the net for the winners.

Blockley were the afternoon's top scorers scoring six times without reply at Cutler Division Two basement outfit Badsey United Reserves.

The Sparmoor side boasted six different marksman as they moved within a point of section leaders Stratford Celtic - Marc Bennett, Barry Haywood, Matt-hew Mitchell, Christopher Rogers, Philip Smith and Kyle Holder the scorers.

Snitterfield's creditable 2-2 draw at Alcester Town lifted them level with Badsey, while there were wins elsewhere for Inkberrow Reserves, Henley Forest A and Red Alert.

The four matches in Herald Division One produced wins for Sev-en Stars, Henley Forest Reserves and Studley Nags Head, while Wellesbourne and Shipston Reserves drew 1-1.
