Some of the Show’s highlights included a fly-past from the World's only flyable WWII Lancaster bomber, a UK-based FMX Athlete performing freestyle motocross stunts, the Welsh Axemen’s daredevil displays, the Shetland Pony Grand National and a livestock display in a parade.
Tom Hayman-Joyce, Moreton Show chairman said: "What a magnificent day we had, the weather was perfect, the quality of livestock and horses competing were exemplary and there were smiles all-round, we even had many a tear in the eye with the Lancaster fly over.
"The show was a huge success, with so many thanks going to our volunteers, the office team, our sponsors, competitors, traders, visitors and members."
The Moreton Show has been established for over 70 years and is now one of the largest one-day agricultural shows in the country.
Richard Heath, Show Director, said: ‘My feet hurt, but for such a fantastic reason. It’s so rewarding to see so many people enjoying themselves at this wonderful celebration of British life."
