A 71-year-old bus driver arrested on suspicion of causing a man's death by dangerous driving in a tourist-trap Cotswold village three months ago has had his police bail extended.
Carpenter Steve Pratley, 54, died after being flown to hospital by air ambulance following a collision between his Renault Kangoo van and a bus in Bourton on the morning of December 5.
The bus driver, who worked for the local Pulham coach company, was later arrested and detained for questioning. He was bailed until last week, but when he reported back to police his bail was extended till April 14.
The accident happened at 7.43am on Stow Road.
Mr Pratley, from Stow, was flown by air ambulance to Selly Oak Hospital, Birmingham, with head injuries but later died
