A WORKING party to look at the handling of civil emergencies is to be set up by Stow Town Council.
The working party, which has been proposed by Councillor John Kennel in the wake of last summer's floods, would look at providing a list of halls and accommodation that could be used in the event of a civil emergency and a point of contact for emergency services.
