JEREMY Clarkson’s Oxfordshire farm is now serving pizza made using homegrown ingredients.

The news was confirmed by Mr Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm Shop, in a post online.

Piddly Diddly Pizza Place, a three-minute walk from the farm shop, will be open Friday and Saturday from 2pm to 6pm.

Writing on Instagram, the farm shop reported: “Piddly Diddly Pizza Place is now open. Staggering views across barley fields.

“Open Friday and Saturday 2pm-6pm, three-minute walk down the field from the Diddly Squat Farm Shop.

“Featuring Diddly Squat Farm flour, Diddly beef, fresh Diddly veg and oils. Served up by Baste. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.”

Last week, West Oxfordshire District Council (WODC) told the Oxford Mail that the local authority was investigating a restaurant which opened at Mr Clarkson’s farm in July.

Plans had been rejected by councillors in January, but the former Top Gear host told The Sun he had found a ‘delightful little loophole’ in order to open the restaurant.

However, the opening of the restaurant is being probed by WODC.

A council spokesperson said: “The council was made aware of the restaurant opening at Diddly Squat Farm.

“As part of our standard operating procedure, we have been looking into the operation to ensure it is compliant with local and national planning law and policies, as well as licensing and food hygiene regulations.

“We cannot comment on any ongoing investigations.”
