Parents have been warned after a wasp nest was spotted at a children's play park.
Chipping Campden Town Council has warned people to avoid the recreation ground following reports of a nest near the swings.
Action Pest Control has been contacted and is due to visit the site this morning, Thursday, August 4.
On Wednesday, a council spokesperson said: "Please be vigilant in the Recreation Ground this evening as we have had reports of a wasps' nest near the toddler's swings.
"One of our Councillors has investigated and thinks that they are originating from the willow in the circle of three silver birches.
"Action Pest Control is coming out first thing in the morning (Thursday 4th August) to investigate and hopefully resolve the issue.
"In the meantime, it would be best to avoid the area."
