The first-ever Cotswold Comedy Festival begins tomorrow, with a host of big names scheduled to perform at the new amphitheatre at Berrybank Park in Oddington, near Stow.
Headlining the opening night is Marcus Brigstocke, best known for his appearances on Have I Got News for You and Live at the Apollo.
He is also a regular radio performer on The Now Show, I’ve Never Seen Star Wars, Just a Minute, and I’m sorry I Haven’t a Clue.
He will be joined by Jo Caulfield, of Never Mind the Buzzcocks and Mock the Week fame, and MC for the night, Stephen Grant, renowned for his 23-year resident at the Komedia comedy club in Brighton.
