A Cotswolds woman has allegedly been caught using her phone whilst driving by police.
Fiona Thomas, 45, of Chipping Campden High Street, has been charged with driving whilst in a position where she could not have proper control of the vehicle.
She was stopped by a police officer for allegedly using a phone with her left hand, looking down at it instead of looking at the road.
The offence took place on July 7, 2021, at 4:46pm.
Thomas was driving a Volkswagen on the A4 Chiswick Roundabout.
She is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Friday, February 4.
