AN appeal has been launched for money to help the family of a bus driver who died suddenly of sepsis.
Paul Smith has a partner Steph and their eight children, Holly, Lucas, Charlie, Alfie, Oliver, Jacob, Oscar and Leo.
Friends described him as "a wonderful friend taken far too soon."
The appeal says: “As many of you will now know, on Wednesday evening (September 23), a wonderful friend, family man and local community worker was taken from us far too soon. Paul Smith has been well known to the Upper Rissington community for many years.”
“Paul brought many smiles to our faces with his humour, and therefore several of his close friends would like to pay tribute to Paul alongside helping the family in this time of need. Money cannot ever compensate for the loss and sadness, but it can ease worries and relieve the pressure on Steph and the family.”
“Sleep tight Paul you will be greatly missed.”
“Any contributions big or small will be gratefully received.”
