FAILING to provide the name of a driver who was alleged to have been involved in a motoring offence has cost a Blockley man more than £1,200.
Neil Fyfe, 46, of Station Road, had pleaded not guilty before Warwickshire magistrates at Leamington Spa on April 21, but was found guilty at trial.
Fyfe was charged on June 29 last year with failing to give information of the driver of a Vauxhall Agila.
A charge of speeding in Shipston Road, Stratford, on May 28 last year was dismissed.
Fyfe was ordered to pay a fine of £660, a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £500.
