AN Upper Rissington man has to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and pay costs totalling £460 after pleading guilty to domestic violence and criminal damage charges.
Kieron Payne, 23, admitted assaulting Jodie Bick, by beating her at Cheltenham on December 18 last year.
He also admitted damaging a Renault Clio belonging to Jodie Bick on the same day and damaging a front door belonging to George Mustoe at a property in Dart Road, Cheltenham, on February 18 this year.
Appearing before Cheltenham magistrates on April 12, Payne, of Sandy Lane Court, Barrington Road, was ordered to undertake 150 hours' unpaid community work each for the assault charge, the damage to the car and the damage to the front door to run concurrently.
No compensation order was made for either of the criminal damage charges because of insufficient information.
Payne had initially pleaded not guilty to the three charges.
He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £400.
