ZUBE Sally Ann Passed away peacefully at the Alexandra Hospital Redditch aged 61. A loving Mother, Grandmother, Daughter and Sister. The funeral service will take place at the Vale Crematorium, Fladbury on Wednesday 3rd April at 12 noon. Family flowers only and donations to the Intensive Care Unit at the Alexandra Hospital.
