BIRTS Dr. Robin John Of Todenham, Moreton-in-Marsh, died 26th January 2024, aged 82 years. Much loved husband to Deanne, father to Nicholas, Charles and Henry and loving grandfather of six. Private family funeral, with a Service of Thanksgiving to be held on Tuesday 30th April at 12.30pm at St Thomas a Becket Church, Todenham. All enquiries to Allen & Son Funeral Directors. Remembering today a long time special and treasured friend and wonderful human being who sadly left us in January for a better place but whom we honour today and whose memory we will always cherish. A deep regret that we are on the other side of the world on this memorial day for Rob.

I was a colleague and work partner of Dr Robin Birts for over 20 years
He was a wonderful old fashioned family doctor who strongly believed in the importance of Marriage and The Family Unit
Besides being a talented GP he was a gifted but self-deprecating musician and artist and skilled at Real Tennis and country pursuits
It was sad given all his hobbies and family that he didn’t have more time to enjoy these after retirement
