HOLT Susan Carolyn Passed away peacefully at home on 17th March 2023. Mum will be cremated in April with just family attending and then in the Summer we will host a celebration of her life and welcome those who knew her and would like to join us. Donations for Brooke ( Charity No 10857600 ) , in memory of Sue , may be sent direct to the charity.
