HOWELLS David (Dave) Dave Howells, a recently retired Police Officer passed away on Saturday 7th May 2022, aged 58. He is survived by his wife Stella, and his twin daughters aged 9 years. "Dave was one of the friendliest and kindest men, who was also a loving husband and Dad. He will be forever in our hearts"
