LAMB Nicola Louise Passed away peacefully at St Richard's Hospice on 28th June 2021 aged 45 years. Beloved wife to Adrian and much loved mum to Evie and step mum to Dan. Sister to Emma, Sue John and Jo. Daughter to Rene and the late Gordon Freeman. The funeral service will take place at The Vale Crematorium on Monday 12th July 2021 at 11.00am. Family flowers only.
