HOWELL David Robert Of Potters Bar. Passed away on April 11th 2021, after a short illness in Hospital. Born in Chipping Campden, elder Son of the late Geoffrey and Edna Howell, Brother to Alan, Wife Melvina, Godfather to Jane and Elizabeth, Husband to Stella, Sons Geoffrey, Andrew, Peter, Daughter in Law Claire, Grandchildren Layla and Alexi. Much loved will be sadly missed.
