PATRICIA HAWKES 'PAT' Of Longborough. Passed away peacefully at Northleach Court Care Home on October 7th, 2020, aged 83 years. Devoted Wife to Mick, loving Mum to Caroline and Bev, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. A private Cremation will take place however, if desired, donations for Alzheimer's UK may be sent c/o Allen & Son, Matcon House, London Road, Moreton-in-Marsh, GL56 0HJ.
