ALISON CLARE LAMMAS previously Gardiner (Nee Dutton) Peacefully passed away after a short illness at St Richard's Hospice on July 12th, 2020, aged 47 years. Beloved Wife of Andrew, Mother of Thomas and Rachel, Daughter of Jackie and Peter, Sister of Vicki and Amy 'Dedicated SRN to the NHS' Funeral Service will take place at The Vale Crematorium on Tuesday, July 28th, at 12:00 pm Due to current restrictions, there is a maximum of 30 mourners allowed in the chapel Family flowers only please.
