NIGEL JOHN SIMMS 1938 - 2020 Of Broadway Road, Childswickham. Died peacefully, after a long illness, bravely borne on June 25th, 2020, aged 82 years. Much loved Husband to Sylvia, loving Father to Andy and Jenny and Father in Law to Ju and Andrew. Proud Grandfather to Jess, Jaz, Sophie, Flynn and Fred. A dear Brother and loyal Friend. He will be sadly missed. Nigel's Funeral Service will take place at Childswickham Churchyard on Saturday 11th July at 12.00 noon to be attended by close Family and Friends. The hearse will process from the family home at 11.40 a.m. to Church Lane to enable Friends and Neighbours to pay their respects. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Grenadier Guards Association (Gloucestershire Branch) and Kidney Research UK may be sent to Merstow Green Funeral Home or online at www.merstowgreen.co.uk Enquiries tel. 01386 49903.
