PATRICIA MARY SMITH (nee PAYNE) (Pat) Of Broadway Passed away on August 21st, 2019 aged 71 years. Beloved Wife to Brian. A much loved Mum to Gary and Lorraine. Grandmother to Jordan and Bethany. Great Grandmother to Amelia-Rose. Sister to Linda. Mother in Law to Rich and Jayne. She will be sadly missed. Funeral Service to take place at St Michael's Church Broadway on Friday, September 6th, 2019 at 11am followed by Burial. Family flowers only.
