MEADOWS Tracey Passed away suddenly on November 25th, 2018, aged 52 years. A much loved Mum to Alice and Jacob and Sister to Debbie. The Funeral Service will take place at The Vale Crematorium Fladbury on Monday, December 17th, 2018, at 12 noon. Flowers welcome, but if preferred, donations for the Liver Transport Unit Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, may be sent c/o Martin Grinnell Funeral Services, 1 Bewdley Street, Evesham, Worcs. My thoughts are with you Alice and Jacob at this sad time. As I've been seeing to the horses these last few days I have been recalling the fun we used to have at the yard in Dormston. A unique and much missed lady. I wish you much strength to help you through this difficult time.
