FOWLER Janet "Jan" Former Midwife at Avonside. Passed away at Rashwood Nursing Home, Droitwich on June 5th, 2018, aged 87 years. Much loved Mother. Funeral Service will take place at Cheltenham Crematorium, South Chapel on Monday, June 18th, 2018 at 2.30 p.m. No flowers please.
