MAYCOCK Kerry Ann Patrick, Ian, Mick and Sue wish to thank all who attended Kerry's Funeral and for the kind messages and offers of support at this very sad loss. Special thanks to Emily, Chris, and Kate, for their help while they were in America. Also thanks to all Doctors and Staff at the Riverside Surgery, for the heart warming way they have proven what Kerry meant to them. Thanks to Suzanne for the family flowers, to Philip Tomlins for his guidance and Reverend Peter Burch for a lovely Service.
