Fly tipping on the increase
POLICE have reported an increasing amount of fly-tipping in the Chipping Norton area. Sergeant Rosemary Dilsaver said: "There seems to be an increasing amount of rubbish being dumped locally in lay-bys or on the roadside. "This is illegal and West Oxfordshire
