DRIVING without insurance has cost an Aston Magna man almost £500 and six penalty points.
Timothy Nobes, 29, of Church View, pleased guilty before Cheltenham magistrates to driving in Cheltenham on October 8 last year with no insurance policy in place.
He was fined £375, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £38, costs of £85 and had his licence endorsed with six points.
