COTSWOLD firefighters are still battling a barn fire which broke out more than 18 hours ago near Winchcombe.
Crews from Cheltenhan East and West community fire stations along with a water carrier were called at 6.50pm yesterday to Stanley Pontlarge, Gretton.
A spokesman for Gloucestershire & Rescue Service, said: "The incident commander has confirmed that a dutch barn containing approximately 100 tonnes of hay and straw is well alight.
"Two jets of water are in use."
Two crews were still on the scene at 10.10pm last night and one crew remains on scene today.
